14. Popup Windows Popup windows were a great tool when they first came
out. They were a great way to get the attention of your visitors quickly and effectively. Now, almost every Internet service provider has some sort of popup blocker, including AOL, Earthlink, and others. The google toolbar has a popup window blocker built in, as does the Alexa toolbar. With this many popup blockers out there, it is estimated
that 90% of all popup windows are caught before the visitor ever sees them. This means, all that hard work you put
into making a nice popup window, maybe to get subscribers to your site newsletter, are not being seen. It may not
